At Shah Computer Class Pvt. Ltd., we aim to deliver high-quality practical education in computer and taxation courses. Since our courses involve time, trainer allocation, and material access from the beginning, we have a strict No Refund Policy, which is detailed below.

1. General Policy

· Fees once paid are non-refundable, regardless of attendance, personal reasons, or withdrawal.

· This policy applies to all modes of learning: offline, online (live or recorded), and hybrid.

2. Exceptions (Only if Applicable)

Refunds will be considered only under the following rare conditions:

· The course is canceled by Shah Computer Class Pvt. Ltd.

· The student makes a duplicate payment in error.

· The student is denied admission due to capacity limits or eligibility issues.

3. Transfer or Adjustment

· Students may request a course rescheduling or seat transfer to another batch (subject to approval).

· No fee transfer to another student is allowed.

4. Digital Product Sales

· There are no refunds for recorded courses, eBooks, or downloadable materials, once purchased.

5. How to Apply for Refund (if eligible)

Once the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

1. Respect and Professionalism

· Treat faculty, staff, and fellow students with respect and courtesy at all times.

· Discrimination, harassment, bullying, or use of abusive language is strictly prohibited.

2. Classroom Behavior (Offline & Hybrid)

· Arrive on time and attend classes regularly.

· Use mobile phones only for class-related activities during sessions.

· Do not disturb other students or trainers during sessions.

3. Online Learning Etiquette

· Maintain appropriate behavior in video calls or chat discussions.

· Do not share Zoom/Google Meet links or login credentials with others.

· Do not record or distribute class videos or materials without written consent.

4. Academic Integrity

· Avoid plagiarism or copying in tests, assignments, or projects.

· Any form of cheating will lead to immediate suspension without refund.

5. Use of Course Material

· All study materials provided are for personal educational use only.

· Redistribution, reselling, or public posting is a legal violation and will be prosecuted.

6. Disciplinary Action

· Violation of this Code may lead to warnings, suspension, or expulsion without refund, depending on severity.
