Everyone has a dream in life but only a few are able to achieve it and the key to achieve it is self discipline and hard work. Tushar shah is among those who despite of all the odds in his life has achieved the success. Tushar @ at the age of 15 had to leave his studies because of failure in exam his father (Rashik bhai) told him to start working somewhere rather than studying. With the reference of a friend, Tushar got a job in kirana store as a peon but could not find anything related to his dreams so he left that job and started to deliver letter from office to office with a courier company. Meanwhile he was still looking for opportunity for better growth and got a click as a counsellor cum receptionist at one of the education centre. During this phase as he had a self belief, he attempted for 10th trial again still, he could not clear, but as it is said God helps the people who help themselves. So, with the help of Friend’s boost, he applied for rechecking and with God’s grace he cleared it. And that was the turning point of his life. This gave him an inspiration to study further and he did so and came out with flying colours. He did not stop there and continued his studies and achieved a few more degrees like M.Com, MSW and PGDCA. This proves the well-known quote by Walt Disney that “If you can Dream it you can do it”
And now came the real struggle of hunting for a job he tried a lot but in spite of having many degrees could not find any suitable job. This curbed his spirit but again with the motivation and inspiration of friends he raised up and it was the beginning of his professional career where he started his own Computer classes with the single computer with help of Government loan (BajpayeeLoan) and he climb the ladder to reach the stage of successand again proved that “To reach success every small step matter”.
Initially the vision of Mr Tushar was to start various courses with loads of computers in the class but later he focused on specialisation now he is educating people on Income tax, GST and TDS, and also has his own consultancy. Till today he has Trained more than 15000 working professionals. This is the biggest example of a dream come true, as with this he has acquired all the dreams he dreamt during his school days and has achieved respect in his personal and professional life and also lives his gracious life. He says that “Self belief and hard work will always earn you success”. He wants to convey to todays youth that if you believe in yourself and give your heart and soul to your life you can achieve your dream and you can also make the country feel proud. If we look at some of his achevements, he is an author of some books related to GST, Taxation and Excel also he has received the World record for creating employment in the field of Accounting. He still have many other achievements that inspires todays youth. He has visibility on various platforms like Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook and youtube.
